Matt Davies has been a Certified Personal Trainer with Cert 3 & 4 in fitness Since 2012. Matt has been a trainer at Goodlife, Jetts, Zap fitness and also F45 helping male and females build muscle and burn fat while still enjoying life and the foods they love. With over 11 years of experience we guarantee you will get results! 

 

Matt has also worked in the supplement industry working for Supplement Warfare and Elite Supplements. Working for these companies has given him a broad understanding and knowledge of all supplements to help achieve your goals.

Female Coach: Ash

Ash has been a certified personal trainer since 2014 helping woman achieve their health and fitness goals.
Training clients at Snap Fitness, later transitioning into club manager. 

Ash has been training over 10 years also placing 1st in bikini division.

Is there a minimum commitment?

​

Yes - 16 weeks. I won't work with anybody looking for a quick fix - I am looking to change lives & habits, rather than focus on fast fat loss or weight gain. 

​

What if I can only commit to 3 or 4 gym sessions per week?

​

No problem! Your programming will be built out to your individual time constraints so that it doesn't put a huge strain on your lifestyle nor impact your ability to make great, long term progress.

​

What happens if I have a question?

​

You're free to communicate with me as freely as you like throughout the time we work together. I offer 24hr support through email and messenger.

​

How quickly can I begin?

​

Most clients will begin officially on the next available Monday, however as soon as you've finalised your order & locked in your spot, have filled out your screening form. Your training & nutrition recommendations will be sent to you within 7 days & your coaching block will begin officially on the next available Monday so that you have time to become acquainted with everything before you begin.

​

Do I have to keep up with counting calories or macro-nutrients?

​

Not if you don't want to, but it will be the best way to get the absolute best results possible while also having flexibility.
